2026 NFL Season Thread

I mean who would not be pissed to find out you go from LA a warm weather city on a team that can contend for the SB to Cleveland known as the mistake on the lake and the worst football team in the NFL over the last quarter century.

I have been busy this week, and haven't had a chance to opine here about my thoughts on this trade:
Yes, Jared Verse is mad, as he should be. Not about the weather, but about the team. the LA Rams are obviously one of, if not the best team in the NFL, and excluding some questionable officiating in a late Thursday night game against Seattle, they have home field and possible with the Super Bowl. Cleveland, on the other hand, while they have (or had) a top defense with Myles Garrett, will not be as good without him as Verse is good but he's not DPOY good (yet). And Cleveland's offense is a mess unless Watson can regain the form he had prior to everything that went on; he's the best QB on that roster right now but I doubt he will be as good as he once was. Trading away MG is an obvious sign of a team rebuilding, the new coach knows it and they got a really good player and some future draft picks to help them rebuild. They won last year with their defense, and the fear of Garrett; I think they've taken a step backwards.
