I read that the Bears property tax bill under current IL law would have been over $100 million a year on a new stadium. Bears wanted property tax relief on that and IL to pay for the infrastructure around the stadium.

So Seattle, NE, and Chicago stayed healthy all year and did well.

i've always thought this guy was a fool, but it turns out he's not as dumb as he acts:

Gronk was smart from day one with his money. He would often try to teach young teammates on to save money. Though guys like him are far and few inbetween. Most these players grew up poor and once they get some money in there pocket they spend it on themselves or family and there leach friends.
Shaq said he got a $1 million SB he went and bought himself a $150K benz then his dad and mom asked for one so he bought them one. Other purchases he made a month later bank calls tells him is account is over drawn. That's when he learned that money is easy come easy go and now he tells his kids they need 3 degrees if they ever want to expect to get any of his money.
