Aaron tells it like it is...

Don't spoil it! For anyone who hasn't seen Usual Suspects, go see it now before coming back to this thread!
i've only seen it 3 or 4 times. it's worth another watch. hard to believe that the movie is already 30 years old.

Lots of Respect for this....

I would have more respect for this if he hadn't been an attention whore for most of the last 5+ years. He lived it, he obviously loved it and sought out attention, but now he says he really didn't like it . . .

i think he saw that as part of the job honestly. my wife encountered him twice in her job and she said he was a really nice guy and not at all what the media portrays.

Some years back I have a friend who's son went thru cancer and as part of make a wish Aaron Rodgers invited them to a pizza party at Lambeau around Christmas. It was never advertised and he spent time with each child. He paid for it all out of his own pocket.

Fwiw Rob Reischel had the same reaction on the radio this morning.

Sometimes its like the MAACC Fund Aaron Rodgers and the ostracized-from-his-family-and-everyone-else-around-him Aaron Rodgers are two distinct people.

MAACC Fund AR is who he's always been in that setting. I don't know if the other guy was a development based on his own drive to succeed, but when that drive started affecting the team it really made it hard to see the other guy.
