The #Packers interviewed the up-and-coming Johnson before giving the OC job to a far less qualified Adam Stenavich. To be fair, Stenavich probably would've left for Denver had he not been promoted by Matt LaFleur. ICARW)

Is it to late to pack Stenavich's bags?

Two things needed for an OC to be successful. You have to believe in the planned offense that the HC wants employed, and know it well enough to implement it. Then you need players on the roster who can make it happen. There's no magic wand that can be waved and make them better.

Whether or not the Packers coaching staff is using what they have available effectively is conjecture.

Personally, I think it's a lack of experience on the part of our WRs playing with Rodgers, not that good of offensive line play, and an unbelievable amount of mistakes being made by players on the field. As for the coaching, I'm not certain what you can do when you're drilling them and say "Left Turn!", and one third turn right, and another third stand there puzzled, scratching their head.
