Embiid needs surgery on thumb

He injured his thumb and will need surgery. He's going to try to tough it out for the playoffs, and have it after the season is over. I wonder how long they'll be able to numb the pain enough to let him continue to play, and how it's going to effect his game.

This could be a serious problem for his team.
