It's nice seeing Lance finally get this shot. I had the opportunity of walking the Warhawks sidelines during home games, because I had three of their players working with me part time during the summers. It gave me a chance to meet him, and he's very impressive, as a coach, and as a person.
If Lance gets the right people on board with him, and they can start making a few inroads with their recruiting, he could bring Kansas back from the bottom of the heap.
He turned UW-Whitewater into a powerhouse. Only 6 total losses over 8 years, and 6 national titles. The guy all-out coaches. He also brings people in around him, who are quality coaches.
