Offseason fix for Packers offense

I keep reading where the Packers need more explosive plays. Can they just settle for some semi-explosive plays that keep the chains moving which helps eventually score? This offense is lacking a big gain threat at the wide out position. Maybe Jordy gets back to that near the end of the season, maybe he gets back to that next season, or maybe he never gets back to that form again. Whatever the case may be, this team needs a playmaker on that side of the ball, other than one named Aaron Rodgers.
