they have $511 million in reserves. not that they would use it. but they could.Just saying if this costs 200-300 million to build or more would Packers be able to fund it themselves even thru credit.

you can build a state of the art stadium for less than $2 billion. this is not anywhere near the same.Though is 200-300 million light on a state of the art modern practice facilety
Probably. New facility in Miami is about $140m but the land deal helped that out. Flip side Carolina was $1b but that’s from scratch with a major land grabThough is 200-300 million light on a state of the art modern practice facilety
$2B is the low end and that assuming there is a land deal that offsets some cost. Néw Vegas digs at $2m.you can build a state of the art stadium for less than $2 billion. this is not anywhere near the same.
that vegas stadium is a one-of-a kind facility though. built to rival the decadence of the casinos.$2B is the low end and that assuming there is a land deal that offsets some cost. Néw Vegas digs at $2m.
Maybe but let’s face it, it’s not a tourist or business hub so what the occupancy rate other than football weekends.the new miami facility includes a hotel. maybe the packers could work a deal with a hotel chain (like they did in titletown) that would help pay for some of the development as well as provide much-needed hotel space in green bay.
Good point , land wound help. Mercedes Benz in Atlanta was $1.6b but the land was basically free since if was part of Georgia Dome landthat vegas stadium is a one-of-a kind facility though. built to rival the decadence of the casinos.
and the land in wisconsin is nowhere near the cost of prime land in vegas. besides the packers have been buying up land for quite a while. i'm sure they must have something that would work.
In recent years, I've been to Green Bay when nobody is thinking football, and it's nearly a ghost town in the Atrium. Same with HOF, 1919 Restaurant, and Pro Shop.Maybe but let’s face it, it’s not a tourist or business hub so what the occupancy rate other than football weekends.
