Packers 2025-26 Season Thread

On social media talking about if it's ok to cheer for Aaron Rodgers when playing GB. Some fans are saying yeah you can cheer for Rodgers to play well vs GB. I called BS saying if you are cheering for Rodgers to play well vs GB you are not a real Packers fan. You never want the other teams QB to play well against your own as that could lead you to beating them. I don't care what the connection the other QB has to the team. You want to cheer for Rodgers any other game go ahead do it. But as a Packers fan you should be hoping he has his worst game of the season vs GB and that GB takes advantage of it and it helps them win the game.

You can give him some deserved "ovation" pre game as he comes onto the field . . . but that's it. But you don't cheer for him to play well against us . . that's just dumb. Even if he's on your fantasy team!

Over the past three games, the Packers have allowed 18.3 points per game after halftime, second most behind the Ravens. Counting only fourth quarters and overtime, Green Bay's 13.7 points per game allowed is the most in the NFL. Yet overall, the Packers rank 10th in fewest points allowed per game (20.4).

it is crazy. when only the 4th quarter and ot accounts for two thirds of all points allowed, there is clearly a systemic problem. and not a single turnover forced in the second half of any game is just unacceptable when you were supposedly stressing creating turnovers in training camp. despite the top ten ranking of our defense in terms of fewest points allowed per game, our defense is definitely underperforming.

People were worried Hafley would be hired as a HC. No team is going to look at him unless he can figure out what is wrong with the defense going into the tank at the end of the game.

Haf was NEVER going to do that anyway...he left a great HC gig to come to GB. He doesn't want those hassles.

"No team will look at Matt LaFleur, his offense was 27th in the league and he didn't even learn to start using Derek Henry until half way through the season."
