Packers 2025 Training Camp Thread

How did a DT prospect like Stackhouse, based on position, program and pedigree alone, go undrafted? Crazy how guys fall through the cracks.
That program is full of studs. The snaps are low because of the depth, so it's misleading, but make no mistake. They come from a solid pedigree, and they know how to work and how win.

Remember when some of you questioned the pick...
  • We just saw why the Packers think Savion Williams can be so intriguing in this offense. First time — I believe — Matt LaFleur called a play for Savion in motion. Juked the whole defense out while Williams was down the sideline already. So much versatility.

I know good players are found in every round, but considering how valuable DTs are and how rare it is for them to contribute right away, and considering that 32 scouting departments exist for the sole purpose of not missing the good players, it’s still crazy to me that he went undrafted. My expectations aren’t high, I’m just thinking if he gives you 5-10 snaps per game as a rookie that’s a huge deal.
