Actually more then two but I am not sure of his staff structure... he COULD hire 2 QC coaches 1 on D and 1 on O. Will hire an asst ST coach and asst OL coach. He could possibly hire pass/run coordinators on both sides of the ball as well.

The Packers tried to hire Ravens scout Milt Hendrickson last year, but then-GM Ozzie Newsome blocked the move. Last month, Green Bay was rumored to have a more successful approach lined up. On Tuesday, Hendrickson and the Packers reached an agreement that will bring him to Wisconsin with a promotion. A Ravens scout for 14 years, Hendrickson will become the Packers’ director of football operations, Michael Cohen of The Athletic tweets This was Eliot Wolf‘s title before he relocated to Cleveland. Hendrickson and Packers GM Brian Gutekunst have been friends for more than 20 years, per Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, who adds it is believed Hendrickson allowed his Ravens contract to expire so he could join Gutekunst with the Packers. Prior to Newsome hiring Hendrickson in 2005, Gutekunst helped him land a scouting internship with the Packers. Hendrickson served as a regional and national scout with the Ravens. He will join co-directors of player personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan and John Wojciechowski as top Gutekunst assistants in the Green Bay front office.

The Green Bay Packers have named Mike Smith outside linebackers coach. Head Coach Matt LaFleur made the announcement Friday.
Smith is entering his seventh year as a coach in the NFL. He comes to the Packers after spending the last three seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, first as the assistant defensive line coach in 2016-17 and then coaching outside linebackers last season. In 2018, Smith coached Dee Ford, who was selected to his first Pro Bowl after tying for the NFL lead with seven forced fumbles and tying for No. 2 among NFL linebackers with a career-high 13 sacks. Prior to Kansas City, Smith coached at his alma mater, Texas Tech, serving as the co-defensive coordinator in 2013 and 2015 and the defensive coordinator for the final nine games of 2014 while also coaching outside linebackers in 2014-15 and the defensive line in 2015. Smith began his NFL coaching career with the New York Jets as a coaching intern (2010-11) and then as an outside linebackers coach (2012). His first coaching position came at the University of Hawaii tutoring linebackers in 2009. The former Red Raider linebacker (2001-04) went on to play the same position for the Baltimore Ravens for four seasons (2005-08) before his career was cut short due to injuries.
