Packers UDFA

I don't think any less effort was put forth or that they did anything random. They just misjudged the talent and maybe set up their board incorrectly. They had a plan, it just may not have been a good one. If they fail they'll be gone in a few years. The NFL rarely rewards failures for long. We'll see how it plays out . . . we could be wrong.

The Montreal Carabin is skilled in coverage along the slot and capable, at 6’2 and a still-growing 198 pounds, as a run defender. A 4.35-second 40 time suggests he’ll be a stout deep ball retriever in a system that can help him apply his Canadian football skills to the American gridiron."

There are a lot of green and gold glasses about Rodgers right now. Fact is he has been off for the past couple years. For all the issues with Love's reads etc., Rodgers was late throwing the ball off play action and inaccurate. He didn't seem to see what was developing before it developed the way he used to, and he rarely let it rip into a tight window. Arguably his best game in the past 5 years was against the Bears in 2018, he had a broken leg but he was also stoned on painkillers and just let the ball go.

Canadian league is harder on DBs, because WRs don't have to set at the LoS.

Well Gute must be a big fan to sign two of them. Heck Prairie View was a awesome 6-5 last year LOL
 
So with these UDFA does anyone stand out just looking at bios I am not sure any of these guys make it maybe Stanford Samuels might have the best shot?
 
Taylor will make the roster. He’s too talented to think otherwise.

Barnes has a chance because he’s equally effective against run and pass. He was a day 3 grades that slipped through the cracks. 4.6 forty.

Dequoy intrigues with freaky athleticism. Always give those guys a chance. At worst they stash/develop on PS.

Sunderlund also intrigues at 6’4” as a DB. Safety prospect?

Finally the DE from SMU. He had 10 sacks in 2019. Production in a major program gets a long hard look. Between him and 7th pick Garvin, I think they’ve really improved their talent/depth at Edge.
