So then both get new contracts in off-season you think? Can't see GB let them both go into a lame duck season next year.I doubt Policy does anything, coffers are full and the stands. He's a money man.

Well, first, both have a legit injury-type excuse. We lost a ton of talent during the season. The prudent thing is to give them each another year to prove it, without some staffing moves by MLF.So then both get new contracts in off-season you think? Be interesting if they would accept a year or if they have agents say either we want a long term deal or be set free so we don't go thru this again next year on our contract.Well, first, both have a legit injury-type excuse. Exactly right. Wr debate all day but the bottom line is that team keeps winning and not quitting. They are the division leaders for a reason.Brutal loss that brings back memories of 2014 in Seattle. We'll see how mentally tough this team is now. Either they fight or roll over. I've got a bunch to say but it all boils down to plenty of blame to go around across FO, coaching, and players.
Also, I'm not going to annoint Caleb Williams (because he's not that good), but Ben Johnson has him competing and he played tough until the end despite not having his two best WRs for the entire game. He made two huge throws right on the money to win the game, so I'm done saying he's gonna flop, because his team is winning the North (ugh/gag/).
they are under contract in 26.... why not just let it play out?Be interesting if they would accept a year or if they have agents say either we want a long term deal or be set free so we don't go thru this again next year on our contract.
No way ML would accept just a one year thing, nor should he. Until a couple individual players boffed the game that as one of the best coached games of his life. Frankly I think he's earned a long term extension after this season.Be interesting if they would accept a year or if they have agents say either we want a long term deal or be set free so we don't go thru this again next year on our contract.
I have to agree. That was one helluva coached game by him. Give me another GM and I'm fine, but I believe in ML.No way ML would accept just a one year thing, nor should he.
