Post Game Packers Defeat Lions 24-13

Parsons was a noticeable force out there getting pressure several times.

Our Secondary at times lock down but then they run a play and a guy is wide open out of no where.

Detroit came into the game to shut down the run and they did that until late. They were going to make Love beat GB and he did. Though the WR's need to clean up a couple drops still today.

Very good game. Some banged up OL in Tom and Banks with short week so will see how that goes.

But a good week 1 win.

Appreciate his honesty. This isn’t a slight to GB at all but i think it’s fair to say he didn’t want to leave Dallas right? I think his attitude is really good right now all things considered, he helped wreck the game for the Lions.
Nope his first choice was to be in Dallas. Even week before the trade he wanted to work out a deal but Jerry told him go to hell

Said before in the other thread and will say again, but it's Week 1 so I'm not reading a ton into this one way or the other, not for us or the Lions.

One broad takeaway is that the OL was dominant in pass pro early and Love looked like an MVP, and then they had some dings, guys getting swapped in and out and then you start seeing Love hopping around and throwing sideways off his back foot and the pass game stalled out. Those guys need to stand up and block, if they do this offense will be awesome. When Jordan is confident with his base he's so fun to watch, you saw it in the first TD to Kraft which was just a thing of beauty. OL bears watching right now on a short week.
