Post Game: The Packers defeat the Steelers 35-25

I don't know how the media can keep talking crap on Love. He's proven he's a top QB. If you take Lamar Jackson out of the stats for having missed 3 games that would put Love in the top 5 of both QBR and rating this season.

Also after this season it's clear GB needs to find a way to extend guys like Walker, Kraft, and Wyatt.

Watson had a quietly big night, in addition to the catches he threw the blocks that were directly responsible for two of the TDs.

Tomlin came out at halftime and said they just needed to focus on stopping Josh Jacobs, which I thought was a little arrogant considering the state of his secondary. Love and ML were great in the second half, they torched Pitt's man coverage.

Kraft and Wyatt are 1A/1B.

Tucker is like the easiest contract in the history of mankind. No motivation concerns, still ascending. Foundational player in a ML offense. I said this going back before the season, there is no reason for him to only get 1-3 targets in a game. Just shouldn't happen. What he did last night is every bit as dominating as a prime Davante Adams game and they need to start treating him accordingly.

Wyatt was so noticeable last night, every time Pitt had a rush for 1-3 yards he was in the middle of it, when they ran off a chunk he was either off the field or they ran away around the edge. Lynchpin type player, it allows the defense to function.

I am very happy to be wrong! Based on the offenses performance in the first half I really thought that the Packers would lose.

On another forum that I go to, we list Studs and Duds for the game.

Studs: Tucker. He can do anything. He even saved Loves butt when he threw up that pass which in the past has turned into an interception. I would consider Love a stud. Parsons and DL. I know that there are a lot more but I can't think of them right now. Beating Rodgers and winning in Pittsburgh after years of losses. Way to go!

Dud: McManus for missing 2 FG's. I'm sure some of it is rust. Some of ML's play calls in the first half had me scratching my head. But in the end they won. I am so proud of them.

Officiating: stud for us.....Micah was clearly off sides and they did not call it. (I thought that they might call it after the fact)
