The UW system is very unique, actually more similar to California. In Ohio for example it’s OSU #1 and the “preppy” party school is Miami of Ohio.

Capacity for what? On campus living? They can limit and cap enrollment however they want

Marquette is close. I get it’s a private school but it’s got it’s upside

Probably, but that also a capital expense that’s not popular with the state administrators.

I was thinking more the UW schools they are all meant to be small branch schools of the UW main system.
