The #Packers are bringing in QBs Kurt Benkert and Chad Kelly for this weekend’s rookie minicamp on a tryout basis, per sources.
 
I can't get a true sense of what Rodgers wants here? He might be so alienated that he wants out no matter what the Packers want to offer now. Or he might just be using the leverage he gained with an MVP season to get the kind of contract he wants with the Packers.
 
According to this article, Gute says Love has a long way to go. Not creating a warm fuzzy green and gold feeling.

Seriously what should we expect? And also in the article

But during these turbulent times, why would you say it?
 
I think interesting thing will be if the Packers take a QB back or not.

GB is said to have made him the highest paid QB in the NFL. Thing is I think Rodgers wants a 3-4 year commitment from a team and GB is probably looking at 1-2 years.

I’m beginning to wonder what they did or did not offer. Mahomes AAV is $45m, Rodgers if you take base +‘bonus this year it’s about $32m and next $36m. Cash out is $22.8 this year $25.5 next year. If you want to get to $45m AAV I don’t see how you work that without added years. That’s a significant bump for only 1-2 years especially with our cap issues
