Your not going to guarantee any voidable years. They only exist for cap purposes to prorate SB. And I can’t see the organization pushing money forward

No mean that he would get a contract that would keep him on team for next 3-4 years and then if they want to add voideable years to make contract work fine with that for him
 
Question is how long do you let this draw out for? Do you make a move right after June 1st or do you wait right up until TC or even later?

The organization was never going to give him an extension past 2022 and no way they push $$ to voidable years

I honestly believe there are discussions going on now on multiple levels

I disagree. You can’t gauge value unless its a bit more advanced than listening. Negotiation 101

Yeah you start super high make other teams start a high offer you can go lower but you can't go up on your first offer.
