I can see Rodgers not showing up daring the Packers to fine him or take money back. I don't think GB would do that until he actually would try to miss real games he does that then I can see the team take action.

It won’t get that far. The CBA will also dictate some $$ is lost before real games start.
 
Also this. Could impact his decision

Under the new CBA, players may be paid over a period of 34 weeks for any league year in which the regular season is 16 games or over 36 weeks for any league year in which the regular season is 17 games.
 
Both sides are going to have to give a little to get what they want. Neither side can dig in and demand it there way.

Unfortunately this is possible and I would be irate as a fan of that happened.
 
Is there a point here where AR’s actions could fall under the “conduct detrimental to the team” banner and the Packers could suspend him w/out pay?

I don’t think there is a middle ground. This is as much philosophical as it is about money. On organization side they can only give him control the timeline, that’s additional years. All Rodgers can do is accept 2021 & 2022 guarantee

Unless you make public statements about the organization or members of the organization no and that’s even a very grey area
