Rodgers Wants Out

He wants out. It’s maybe that simple and whatever someone offers it’s good enough. Life post football is more important. And if he wins a Lombardi with a new organization in 2 years and walks everyone is happy
If he does a Favre and gb does good with love I'm happy

Actually, the organization as you put it doesn't like him at all because of that first article which was 100% on point a couple of years ago.( He got raped for it and as it turns out was spot on) He has inside knowledge because of being a beat writer in town and his cough cough "personal relationship" with someone inside ;)
Packers want all local writers to write about the great glory of the team. If not they get guys like rob Davis to bully you

Look here's the deal, Ty has been closer to the truth than anyone has. Do I buy it hook line and sinker? Nope

Do I buy what AJ Hawk and Rodgers best buddies are selling? Nope

As our own Pack likes to say the truth is somewhere in the middle. Even so, and no matter how it plays out I can't see this doing the team or organization any good one way or another. To believe irreparable harm hasn't been done is very naive.

Regardless of your take, I am afraid this mess is going to hurt in the long run.

I keep thinking back about 3-4 years ago, Mark, myself and a few others posted that Rodgers would not finish his career in GB and the divorce will be worse than the Favre debacle. Something was not right then in the organization and winning masked it. There was some friction before the Love draft?. Maybe it was just as simple as the organization had enough? I know he got a new deal but there was no heir apparent. The organization was stuck. Now a new GM & HC gave Murphy that window of opportunity to reset the organization. I know totally speculation but there’s enough smoke around to create a blazing fire

I think the “not right” feeling started when Woodson left, Rodgers took over as de facto locker room leader and then after the debacle in Seattle in 2014 when MM seemingly lost the will to live. That loss, his brothers death, dealing the Rodgers’ shit I think ground him down and he probably should’ve been let go then. Ted’s stubbornness kept MM around years too long and there was no player leadership to keep Aaron in check. Thing is, I don’t even think Rodgers wants that role, it just happened to him because he got paid the most. Like you said, just a lot of things “off” about the whole team on levels. Nothing that prevented winning but really signs of a team on the way down.

It hasn't been 100% right since before Love for sure, it was MM but it was something else as well. Honestly, it has never felt close to right since the debacle in Seattle. Maybe it fractured pieces of the locker room and organization?

I am not sure but it's been off-kilter to me since then.
