why would you think that? murphy has proven that he doesn't think it is necessary to include anyone in his decision making process. he's in charge. i think they just tell ml "these are the players that you get. you're the coach. just shut up and coach. don't be the problem."

I agree. I don't think ML gets to shop for the groceries to much. He gets to push the cart down the isle but that's about it.
