Until NBC decides ND is not worth paying to have exclusive coverage of their games they never fully join a conf

Question is what happens to the bottom teir SEC teams do they say screw this leave knowing they will be nothing but cannon fodder and leave to seek a better deal in a different power 5?

You can add no one that is not already in a power 5 to make in stronger all the teams not in a power 5 are not in one for a reason.
