UW Basketball 2021-2022

Huge win last night! Doing it at Mackey Arena made it that much more special. I was surprised they just kept hanging in there. Didn't think they had enough to hang with a very good Purdue team, especially after that uninspired showing against Illinois State. I still don't think they'll be in the hunt for a Big-10 title, but they do have enough talent and will to win to get to the tournament and maybe win a game or two.

It's also becoming clear that we better enjoy Jonathan Davis while we can because it's likely he'll be in the NBA next season.
 
CBS Sports moved UW up to 10 in the nation in their top 25 and 1 poll.

ESPN has Johnny Davis as top 10 player in their top 100 for the NBA draft.

Despite what some people said about Davison, he was one of the best damned team players in Badger history. His contributions the the Badgers far exceed any of the BS we've heard about how some people wanted him to leave the program before this past year.

In all honesty, I think they'd have been on the outside looking in on the tourney had he left.
