A large area of the country will see Green Bay-Detroit this week on FOX. See how you can tune in by scrolling through our Game Primer.

On this Sunday during Week 10 of the NFL season, the Green Bay Packers will play just their second divisional game of the year. This contest kicks off a stretch of four straight divisional games, alternating at home and on the road, which also includes a pair of games on Thursday nights.

This week, the team visiting Lambeau Field is one that has not won in the state of Wisconsin since 1991, a streak longer than the lives of several players on both rosters. That's right, it's the Detroit Lions coming to town and hoping to end that less-than-illustrious streak.

The Packers will meet them with a new starter at running back, as James Starks has been elevated to the starting role ahead of Eddie Lacy. Meanwhile, the Packers hope to get a few key players back from injury this week, most notably cornerback Sam Shields.

Here's your Game Primer, with the news and notes you need to tune in for Sunday's game, which will be on local TV across much of the upper Midwest and the mountain time zone. For those of you who can't see the game on your FOX affiliate or on NFL Sunday Ticket, you should be able to catch it on the radio this week on your local ESPN Radio station.
