It’s not the school that is paying. It’s collectives. Might be semantics but it’s the way it is. In the big scheme of things $450k is chump change. You need the organization to make it happen. That’s the problem that UW has

yeah and that's why the SEC will always rule. They have a lot of rich alumni that can use their businesses to give NIL deals out to lure kids to the schools.

It’s not their businesses. Not every well healed booster is self employed. Actually most are not. Again it’s establishment of a collective. It’s not rocket science

That’s pure speculation. No way of knowing when the administration is so shortsighted they don’t have a collective in place. Truth told they had one, The Mendota Gridiron Club that was basically shut down. Oh McIntosh spearheaded the move to shut it down
