2022 Badger Football Thread

Still seems UW struggles to get even 3 star WR's UW WR's have always been bottom end because of it being run 1st team
Danny Davis was a 4 Star recruit. The 2022 class had 3 3 star kids @ WR. It’s basically the same at schools not named OSU or Michigan

Well then maybe UW needs better QBs

Well maybe the administration should invest in more resources. Per Rivals Coan was a 4 star and we know about Mertz recruiting
Or is it PC offense in general

No it’s resources in general. We have beaten that with a dead horse for months.
Well PC job as coach to figure out to how to win with what he got he will never be a elite team with resources he will be given.

The resources issue has been at UW since Barry and after Barry. Players / talent wins in P5 conferences. Just look around. Every conference is top heavy with 2-3 schools that dominate. It’s not just an issue in Madison, it’s an issue all over

Just wait until B1G gets rid of divisions Badgers will even become more of a middle of road B1G team

And your point is? No divisions is below OSU, Michigan (debatable) , PSU (debatable). Probably on level with MSU so worst case #5 in the league

Getting rid of the divisions is going to mean a lot of teams will lose support because they'll be out of the race for any significant awards early. At least, with the divisions they have, teams like Iowa can look to a possible Western Division championship and a chance to play in the conference championship game.

That doesn't sound important to teams like OSU, Michigan, and Penn State, but to the teams in the West, it's damned important.

If they eliminate divisions, it's to kiss the arses of the top 3 so they will quit whining about not getting to play in the championship, even if they believe they were better than a Western team.
