Passing Game: Who will step up?

PATS get Sanu.
49’ers get Sanders.

I doubt Gute makes a move. Rodgers seems to be finding chemistry with a MVS and Lazard.
For one game, at least, Jimmy Graham made himself relevant.
ML continues to call a game that gets RB’s, WR’s, and TE’s all involved in the passing game and leaves defenses wondering who to try and double cover.
With Adams coming back at some time in the near future it’s becoming very hard to imagine Gute burning a draft pick to “rent” someone for 7-8 games.

Ideally, they give Adams until after the bye week before he plays.
The way this offense is trending that looks more and more possible each week.

I have no doubt that Gute is doing due diligence. I want all these guys. But it has to be a cost benefit analysis.

A guy like Larry Fitzgerald would be great. 36 years old, on a team going nowhere. Come on over and play for a ring.

Larry Fitzgerald will never leave AZ he would refuse to show up and AZ would never trade him. He is a lifer for the Cardinals.

This last game with the Packers WR I felt Rodgers was trusting his WR more giving more short passes and letting his WR's do the work to get the YAC. Rodgers in the past tried to hang onto the ball so long and try to force it downfield. I think what we sam against hte Raidgers is more produtive take the short passes you can get and let the WR fight for the yardage so what if it might be a 5 yard pass just take those and get a 10-12 play drive that eats 7 minutes off the clock.

I think Rodgers has bought into what ML is selling and is playing within the system.
Each and every play has a purpose, so when you see those 5 yard pass plays, they are being used to set up a big pass play later out of the same formation.
It’s part of this new scheme ML has brought to GB.
I think AR is seeing the bigger picture now, and he likes it.

Pretty sweet YAC by MVS too.

Hey!
Did this guy just steal my opinion and post it online??

So I looked up this thing with Lazard. Dude was a superstar in college. Went undrafted because his TOUGHNESS was questioned.

His HC said he was better than most third rounders. Now maybe that's a coach overestimating his player. But dude is 6'5" and runs 4.5.

All WRs need at least a year to get up to speed, sometimes two. That's right where Lazard is. We saw him drop that pass on the sideline, with the S bearing down on him. Maybe that was part of the question on his toughness. But we also saw the circus catch in the red zone.

Lazard will want to prove himself, he was overlooked, people saying he wasn't tough enough. But if he does!? We've got quite a prospect on our hands. I like how he's played so far. He was going step for step with MVS down the sideline!?

Imagine next year, Davante, MVS, Lazard and EQ as our top four. Lazard is looking like he could be legit, possibly even a #2. These guys are all young, but they've got high ceilings and off the charts measurables.
