Official 2020 Week 3 Green Bay vs New Orleans Thread

Trying to figure this game out. I want to say Packers win but can't. I think the Saints will be working their tails off to gain a win. It will probably overcome the Packers offense. Will it be a shoot out or low scoring game? With the top receiver on each team hobbled, shoot out might not happen. Then again, Brees and Rodgers? Anything can happen.

Saints 38 Packers 35 Revising my score. Saints 24 Packers 23.

Packers injury report: WR Davante Adams (hamstring) is doubtful; NT Kenny Clark (groin) is questionable; G Elgton Jenkins (back/rib) is added to the report and listed as questionable after missing practice. TE Josiah Degaura (ankle) is doubtful.

Since the NFL “refined” the injury designations, “questionable” has become the new “probable”, IMO.

Depends if we get the HS version of the defense or the JUCO version. If the JUCO version shows up and Adams plays they have a chance. guru(

If Adams is out probably a loss.

If Adams is out I look for RB’s and TE’s to be much more involved in passing game plan. Jones has shown he can be a weapon when he splits out wide.
Ervin will get a chance to prove his worth as a WR as well.
ML won’t push all that added responsibility on MVS and Lazard.

Will it work? sh))
Stay tuned

Whatever the definition, it's some heavy hitters

Good points Danno. I think the Saints are gonna come out with a chip on their shoulder. That injury list for GB, although small, has some heavy hitters on it. I have no idea which way this game will go but I'll give it to the Packers 34-30

If Adams is out, this game could end up being a Rodgers statement in the making. Imagine him throwing for 3 or 4 TDs, and nearly 400 yards. We'll see by about 11:00 PM CDT.

The Saints best weapon is out in Michael Thomas. Brees has not looked sharpe at all. I think this means we will see a lot of Kamara and trick plays by Hill in this game. Brees might try a lot of short passes but can't see him pushing the ball down field. If the Packers can get pressure on Brees I think the Packers win this game.
