Rodgers MVP?

Rodgers wins MVP it places Gute right behind the 8 ball because if he also wins the SB how are you going to justify being able to move on from Rodgers in 2021 or 2022?

ask me after 2022 and see if he's still playing at a high level
Big thing is Packers need to commit to 5th year after 2022 on Love if Rodgers starts next 2 years you can't justify picking up the 5th year on Love that will be fully guaranteed now and could be 30+ million by then.

After 2022 the issue will come up, but not now.

you make that decision in 2022 and there are a lot of factors to considered

If Rodgers starts 2022 I am trading Love before the 2022 off-season because I am not picking up the 5th year on him and no point in letting him start maybe 1 year before he hits FA.

I'm not certain Rodgers really cares if he is in GB after 2022. I think he was told he's on the watch list for replacement, and his hope to play into his 40s doesn't fit their plans.

I can understand both sides of this issue, and say let whatever happens happen.

no you are not trading him and you do not have to pick up the 5th year. If you like the kid offer him short deal like 12 got when Favre was on the roster. Love has zero leverage

Not sure if I am Love and confident in myself I bet on myself play a year as starter in 2023 then and force team to either FT me or let me hit FA.
