Should not be to shocked that the Lions owners would also do right by Stafford as they have been close to him since being drafted by them

If Stafford's number 1 choice was the Packers or Bears I'm sure they wouldn't be so keen to "do him right"

Never understood why they turned down the Tampa trade. Compensation could not have been worse than NY.

That’s the weakest excuse ever. You move on from a guy because you can’t win with him but your scared to death he will beat you once.

As to Goff / Detroit. I’m shopping him now trying to flip him. The chances of you winning with him and that roster are slim at best and with so many teams QB needy and a poor talent pool his value now is probably at a peak especially since it seems they are playing the long game

The Rams "made a run" at Aaron Rodgers, but the Packers were "adamant" they weren't trading him, per

If they offered the same deal as the Lions or more than Gute, Murphy and yes even ML should be terminated with all due haste. 1 ~37 soon to be 38 yr old QB isn't worth more than that....IF it's true. You are in the business of NFL FB and the longevity of this franchise not holding on to fan favorites
