Depends if it’s an 8-8 type team or 4-12. He’s not going to get a pink slip over a pick it’s usually on field performance

I know it could never ever work because of the salary cap but Packers trade Rodgers to Dallas to be with MM and Packers get Dak who signs a FT tender and then gets traded to GB and signs new deal. MM and AR back together again. Both would love that. LOL

The entire Favre thing was a debacle that both sides contributed. You can debate who had more fault but just from a straight PR perspective it’s really stunning how a professional sports franchise could be that naive
