Always been a problem. The only help is 6/1 you can spread that money out which helps cap and don’t forget $25m in pure cash out

Though if he woudl retire the pro-rated SB money must be returned to GB and would count as a cap credit to GB.

The pain tolerance would be part of any compensation in a potential deal. Just like LA had to give up extra for Detroit to take Goff off their hands, a potential trade partner would have to compensate GB for eating that cap space in the form of picks or players

Not sure how you figure out that value. I get the premise but how you get there is tricky
 
As to compensation I suspect it will have some conditions to picks. Maybe not all but some benchmarks to trigger. Which again adds another layer to negotiate around

Thing is Rodgers is demanding a trade out of GB. GB is not moving him because they want to. That takes leverage away from GB.
