I think Murphy has 2 years tops and he’s gone, turn the reigns over to Ed Policy

Policy has been given more responsibility over time. He’s in the organization and being groomed

Most likely just hope they might look outside and just not hand him the job. Never hurts to see who else might want the job and be qualifed.
 
Murphy is 65, I think seeing through the end of the Rodgers era is his swan song. Policy isn’t long term GB, he worked for the arena league and was a NFL executive, they will like his connections. Just seems like he’s being groomed for the job, I mean look at the guy.

He’s plenty qualified, it’s a CEO job, oversee all the business side stuff. I would hope he’d back off football ops but remains to be seen.

I just don't want him to be a Murphy Jr hire a GM who will be under his thumb and say I get to play owner when I want too.
