Until slim leaves the room, there's still a chance.I still think odds are slim to none he is getting traded.

It sounds like his MVP season didn’t actually throw a wrench in the teams plans. Certainly in the perception of him and the team and expectations, but they don’t seem to be willing to change their plans. They want him through next year but aren’t willing to ditch Love or extend Rodgers.Well it was planned when they drafted Love. The timing was turning the keys over in 2022 but “someone threw a wrench in that plan” by having an MVP year and they did not know how to pivot. Now they are in a major rock and a hard place
I see your point. But it did throw a wrench into the plan to a point as I'm pretty sure a public spat that makes the FO look incompetent wasn't in the plans either. It sounds like his MVP season didn’t actually throw a wrench in the teams plans. No it wasn’t but that’s public perception. Just from the team’s perspective of Rodgers as a QB, I kinda think that if a wrench actually was thrown in their plans, as AR likes to say, and they reconsidered how long they want Rodgers, they would’ve made a move to show it by now. Maybe they will yet, but they don’t seem to be moving off of “more money for 2021 but no commitment beyond the 2021 season”.I see your point. True. However that seems to be a non starter for Arod. He doesn't want to ve GBs short term rental. No it wasn’t but that’s public perception. Yeah exactly. If they were willing to de facto guarantee him another 3 seasons as starter through a new contract and structure, he’d sign on the dotted line and this would be over.True. However that seems to be a non starter for Arod. He doesn't want to ve GBs short term rental.
