To form an LLC is about as easy as opening a checking account

yeah and thats the issue also. Its not uniform. If the state does not have NIL legislation then the schools write their own guidelines. Florida as an example, the school I believe as a deal with Mercedes for coaches vehicles to an athlete cannot rep say Kia or Ford,
