Yeah though just saying Rodgers accepts he is going to be in GB plays in 2021 and then leaves in 2022 I think GB will be ok him gone in 2022 after cap hit goes down

Right now I’m not sure he accepts that. But who knows.
 
At this point, we all wonder what Rodgers intent is. In all honesty, I don't think he even knows what he's going to do. I think he's waiting for some movement from the front office, and if it comes, he'll jump at it. I think he's really in as much doubt about where this goes as we are.

Sometimes stalemates are just there, and it takes one little statement to break it. It may even come from him, in a way that shows team support without support of the people in suits. That could lead to a subtle position change by the front office, and voila! We end up with Rodgers being back in camp in time for game #1 of the regular season.... or.... sitting home watching the games on TV.

I tend to agree with this more and more.

If it's true GB offered to throw money at Rodgers for 2021 and he turned it down I think GB might be at a take it or leave it now offer as we are only few weeks away from Camp.

Also let Rodgers sit out all camp. Love can use the work.
 
I think at this point you don't worry to much until after pre-season game 2 because that's when talk happens if Rodgers holds out into season or not. Rodgers at his age does not need much time to be ready.
 
Rodgers doesn't need the time.

The new center, new wide/slot receiver, young receivers and tight ends, young running backs, and young offensive line need the practice with Rodgers to learn Rodgers pre-snap calls and changes.

If Rodgers comes back late, it will be a disaster - especially in full loud stadiums making it harder to do calls

I take the entire contract speculation with a major grain of salt. Does not pass the smell test for me
