He's an aggorant ass he won't give up $90 million IMOWe have zero idea what he has in the bank. None. And from a tax perspective does the $30m become a loss? It’s not simple
No but 30 million is a lot for a guy with his ego to give back to a team he hatesI was thinking the same. But shows that $30m won’t bankrupt him. And yes if he walks he’s still going to be making some coin somewhere
Good question I am guess he gets some type of credit on the SB.Just an open question. If Rodgers gives back his signing bonus what are the tax implications? He’s already earned the income, it was taxable. It’s it declared a loss of income?
After taxes Rodgers has booked like around 125 million just from playing not counting endorsments. I think he's not a guy blowing it everywhere so I think at the very least he's worth $50+ millionRodgers could be worth $5 or $10 mill. We don't really know. He doesn't seem to be a real big spender though, so he's probably fairly well off. But $120 mill? I don't think so.
I have a Cousin who makes as much as Rodgers, and has for seven or more years, and he's only worth about $90 mill.
With property hot right now he could likely resell that for a profitHe dropped $28M (with Danica) for the Malibu mansion.
I wouldn’t say he’s frugal
His net is well north of $50mAfter taxes Rodgers has booked like around 125 million just from playing not counting endorsments. I think he's not a guy blowing it everywhere so I think at the very least he's worth $50+ million
Well I doubt it’s credit, more can he write it down as a loss, similar to investments or any liquid or tangible asset that depreciatesGood question I am guess he gets some type of credit on the SB.
I would not be shocked he and Danica listed it right now they make $5-10 million more then they paid for it.$28 mill for the Malibu home? In two years he can make 10% on it easily. Home prices in that area keep climbing.
He always has advertising residuals coming in as well. He's not cash poor.
Yeah $50 was low I would not be shocked if cash and property and investments he is 9 figures strongHis net is well north of $50m
