Only way you keep any FA is if owners decided not to reduce the cap by $25 million dollars. They take the revenue loss all in one year you won't keep anyone.
 
There are more than a few teams that are so far over that cap projection that they would have to jettison 1/2 their team, because of a few bad contracts that make it impossible to dump those couple players.
I doubt the league and owners would want NOLA, PHI, ATL, among others to go into 2021 with their hands tied behind their backs.
Remaining flat makes a lot of sense

That’s online with my thoughts also. Flat is ideal but even if it only goes down $10m that’s still a win. I just don’t see doomsday
