Any deal had GB made him a real offer 1-2 years ago I think he signsWhat deal? The one that’s been “reported”?
They let him test the market for a reason.

mmm no I doubt it and he'll be too much. Pass, I say again go draft a couple of solid WR and move on. GB fans need to get over the vets from other teams fetishSo saw this name thrown around a few times he has 1 year left on rookie deal and thats DK Metcalf. Some say maybe Seattle will trade him off for draft assets to rebuild there.
I think it will take awhile. They're also going to have to get used to the fact GB is not one player away from being a SB contender. This year, despite him still being here, is the first building year for the post Arod era. Sorry, despite what people say about the NFC Packers SB window closed after last year.mmm no I doubt it and he'll be too much. Pass, I say again go draft a couple of solid WR and move on. Don't know if it's so much a fetish, I think it's people trying to rationalize two things that are seemingly incongruous: 1.) the team retained 39 year old Aaron Rodgers for two more years, paying him through the nose, and 2.) the team's cupboard is bare at WR, which requires building it through the draft, where it will take 2 years to really develop new talent at the position. The two things don't make sense together, so fans are assuming there will be bridge players to make keeping Rodgers make any sense at all.mmm no I doubt it and he'll be too much. I am not wholly speaking on this occasion.... every stinking year they want this guy and that guy and swear that's the missing piece. It's the "Reggie White" syndrome. That was an exception to the rule and most can't understand it.Don't know if it's so much a fetish, I think it's people trying to rationalize two things that are seemingly incongruous: 1.) the team retained 39 year old Aaron Rodgers for two more years, paying him through the nose, and 2.) the team's cupboard is bare at WR, which requires building it through the draft, where it will take 2 years to really develop new talent at the position. We need a veteran #1. I agree draft a guy, maybe two in the 2nd or 3rd, but they're not gonna be ready year one, possibly not year two.mmm no I doubt it and he'll be too much. Pass, I say again go draft a couple of solid WR and move on. GB fans need to get over the vets from other teams fetish

Depends on point of view. If you think GB is still SB competitive then you a vet makes sense. However if you're like me and don't see this team as a realistic SB contender then save the $$ and look ahead a few years. We need a veteran #1. Question is do you go WR round 3 and 4 and take OL or LB earlymmm no I doubt it and he'll be too much. Pass, I say again go draft a couple of solid WR and move on. GB fans need to get over the vets from other teams fetish
