Their new thing is to find a gigantic human being who plays OTs, stash him on the squad for a couple seasons and see if he develops. Not a bad practice I think.
 
Jonathan Taylor has that, what is it, 4.3 speed? He gets a seam and he could go all the way. Our Oline can get him that.

We just lost Goodson, who is smaller, but also has that upper level of speed. I'd be tempted to give a first for Taylor, after all, we should have two of them. Tempted, not sure I'd do it.

We've also got depth at OL and Edge, in case they're interested in a player.
 
Ben Sims had a pre-draft visit with GB, they do typically like the guys they've worked up

 
Two waiver claims plus having to sign the LS to the roster, that means 3 cuts are incoming from initial 53
 
Two waiver claims that will do nothing to help this team. UDFA that probably are guys who are on the 1st to cut list if they need a roster spot. Might as well have kept Austin Allen on the 53 at least he knows the offense.
 
Wonder who GB is cutting to put those guys on the roster.
