IMO the difference in skill and athleticism between CMIII and Barrington is orders of magnitude bigger than the difference between Barrington and Ryan. Thought Ryan was quicker to read and 'fire his gun' than Palmer in pre-season and neither figure to be good in coverage. Sooo... get 'er done, rookie. I think he'll get starting reps over Palmer within a couple weeks.

Agree. I'm sorry, but Barrington didn't show anything this year. He turned into one of our 'talkers'. Couldn't wait to show people that this was his defense. Couldn't wait to show people he was ready to lead. Couldn't back up his talk. Ryan will pass up Barrington's potential by the 8th game. Ryan will make some mistakes, but the kid is a football player. IMO.
