Rodgers Wants Out

Rodgers and Woodley are looking at homes in Hawaii where they can "settle down." Might as well put that out here before someone from the media turns it into another 3-ring circus. They're good at it.

I think the Southern California life is a little too much for Rodgers.

This makes me think of the old Simpsons episode Were Burns wants to buy his teddy bear back from Homer and Homer says he wants 1 million dollars and 3 Hawaiian islands and not the leper one. I wonder if Rodgers has enough money to buy a non leper Hawaiian island LOL

Ah.. seeing as I pay zero attention to NBA....
Me neither, but I do pay attention to the WST shout box. Someone on the Bucks can't hit 3 pointers (which I guess is a thing in the NBA - NY Post writer Phil Mushnik rants about the overdose of 3 pt shots all the time), but they still won last night.

most of socal is not a great place to "settle down", especially if you grew up in a place like chico or ukiah. i used to fantasize about moving to hawaii when i was planning where to retire. but to buy the kind of house i wanted would have required me to have a few more million in my accounts. but rodgers can definitely afford a really nice place with his bankroll.

Our Granddaughter lived there until about 3 months ago. Her husband is a Marine. He ended up being transferred to Pendelton. She liked it but said everything was so darned expensive. They lived off base, so he received a roughly $3,000 a month housing allowance. That will give you an idea how much it costs to live there.
