I think this is where it stands. No doubt about it.
 
People think that is a threat that can Arod to move. But the more I think about it the more and more the signs point to Arod having no issue skipping this year. He gets to spend time with his new spouse, settle down, get settled and plan for the mini-arods he mentioned. Then come back next season without having to play for GB.

If GB said play for us or walk away he would walk away. But at least GB would look competent. Right now they look like a guy who doesn't want to get dumped by his trophy girlfriend despite the fact she treats him like s$$$ and goes out of her way to make the guy look bad. He keeps hoping saying he wants her will somehow make her respect him...
 
Thing I still find funny is that some people still bring up the WR issue in the 1st round acting like oh GB never gets him help yeah he won the MVP and lead the league in scoring last year it's not a weapons issue.
 
CD made a lot of good points but I will still go with him coming back right before game 1 and playing this year to get his $$. Will he play his best etc.... doubt it. But Aaron isn't stupid by any means, he'll get his bling!

The only way that changes if I hear him go public with a trade request.

Yep and I would not be surprised if it’s week 3 when he returns. I don’t think he goes public on a trade request, bad PR move but stranger things have happened

Packers would be thrilled with this, so not sure how likely it is unless he’s more money motivated than he leads the public to believe.
 
Maybe I don’t understand how it works, but if he’s “dogging it”, can they suspend him for a game or two to forfeit a paycheck? Or is that a CBA and NFLPA no-no?

They could but it would be a massive sh!tshow. The whole point is for him to come back and pretend to be happy and for the FO to eat turds and grind their teeth at his BS while he does it. It’s a dysfunctional relationship.
