This falls on the B1G Presidents and Commish for not following the path of the ACC & SEC in making sure there was some scheduling flexibility. Issues like this were inevitable but the lack of foresight was/is unacceptable

Are the games getting rescheduled in the B1G or is there no room? I haven't caught up on all that yet

not only are the missed games not rescheduled, but i'm pretty sure that the b1g rules require shutting down for a minimum of 21 days. at least that was what i read yesterday. the good news is that after 21 days there is apparently no requirement for the team to test negative. just have to have a heart specialist say it's okay.

Well yes and no. Players / coaches have a 21 day window with positive test. Shutting program does not follow that 21 day window

maybe the whole program only has to shut down for a week? i think they are required to sanitize everything and wait long enough that the virus can't survive without a host. but in any case until they have fewer than 5% infected players or 7.5% infected total personnel they can't play.
