The Badgers would seem to be favored over Iowa State in this game. But don't count on it. Iowa State doesn't seem to understand that other teams are better than they are. Kind of sounds like the Badgers, doesn't it?

Imagine a program going from 2 wins one season, getting a new coach, and winning 21 games this year? That's the real "Wow Factor" in the game.

Hunter and Brockington are the key to the Shocker turn around. Guards who can launch 3s, and the only two on the team with over 40% FG efficiency. Shut them down, or at least force them into more misses, and the Badgers move on to the Sweet 16.
 
Last time teams played resulted in a UW loss Was Dec. 1981.

This actually is a better matchup for UW than Colgate. Hunter shot out of his mind vs LSU from 3 but only shot 28% for the season.

ISU really did not play well down in Feb & March and LSU, with the whole Will Wade debacle they just out of sorts Friday, really a perfect storm for ISU. Nothing is easy in March but I like this matchup
 
Iowa state can sneak up on you. UW better bring the A game.
 
Iowa State really, really struggles to score. I like the Badgers chances in a game that's going to be a grind. Not many teams tougher IMO.
 
no trip to sweet 16 this year. badgers literally suck out loud today.
 
Badgers joke again they seem never to be prepared to play in tourney and that's IMO on Gard not having these guys ready. Players play but when you keep having 1st and 2nd round exits have to question what is the coach doing to recurit and prepare the players.
