Everything you hear from here to draft day is pure BS leaked by agents to try and increase draft position…
 
I have a feeling we'll be seeing the Packers move around some on their picks after round 1. They may go for a higher pick, or slide down. I think they've got a pretty good idea how much draft capital they're ready to invest in a lot of players. Probably a two or three round list, where certain aspects of who was taken earlier will effect the choices.

As an example, if you're looking for a safety, and you like everyone down through the top 8, and only two were taken in round one, even though the best player available at your next pick is the 3rd in your tree, you might opt to take someone who can play interior line on offense, because the list of available players that you like has diminished susbstantially, because you can be pretty certain one of those safeties you wanted will still be there with your next pick.

It's the runs on positions that so often determines how you jump with picks. It just isn't too obvious.
 
This would be a fantasy draft. You get the top DT, S, and MLB in the draft add another S in top 100 picks that can be future starter and really add to depth on the OL.

Stop it! Cooper DeJean isn't the top safety... he's a corner and a red-flagged one at that...he's projected to Safety but there isn't one shred of tape him playing there, they played him as a Nickle/leo back in Nickle base but he is NOT a safety out of the chutes. False false false narrative

I would not take him at all if you would want him at CB. He will get burned over and over again. I think that's why he is being sloted at safety because he won't convert to a CB in the NFL. But not strange to happen. Look at Urlacher in college he was a safety that moved to LB in NFL.

He must have one helluva an agent who is able to drive this narrative despite the lack of substance.

Not his agent it's all this BS pre-draft crap, guys like Kiper who's been off target for years, and all the mock guys who try to find a "fit". There have been several Iowa DB hyped early and several fell way down. Parker's( IOWA DC) system isn't something many NFL teams emulate anymore.... a different league different era.
