Rodgers Wants Out

There's absolutely no doubt that culture plays a big part of the problem Rodgers has. He's an LA smooth kind of guy, who likes the idea of the laid back life style.

That don't play well in GB. He's never really fit in. I think he tried at one time, but the call of Southern California and it's lifestyle was already what he'd decided was his choice.

Don’t necessarily disagree but in all my years of following this franchise and it’s player Packer fans especially in state have a had short memories. And for that matter Wisconsin fans in general. How this ends you might very well be right but if history is a guide fans will come around but only if he embraces them back at some point
People got over Favre quick because he failed to get to a SB and GB did with his replacement.

The dairy thing was just odd, even if you did give up all dairy you don't admit it to the fans in WI.... lol
I think Rodgers is just trying to be like Brady how Brady got ripped at his age doing is TB12 diet.

See my last post to CD, he doesn't fit the culture. Never has and never will and he's going away from it the past two months, not toward it.
I don't think Rodgers cares either that he never fit into the Midwest culture. He's always been and always will be a west coast guy. I think part of the reason he does want out he and his wife want to be living back full time in a culture they want to be in.

I think Arod thought he was above the Packers. But one thing about Packer fans is they love the team above all else not any individual player.
I think fans LOVED Favre. They liked Rodgers and the winning he brought, but they LOVED Favre.

Favre is a clever man and he’s not above putting on an act, same as Rodgers, but I do think Cowerd’s last line was right, that AR always had one foot out the door.

Rodgers tried to pretend he was embracing “all things WI”.
He cozied up to Badgers football/basketball and even bought a slice of the Bucks.
But it just has seemed contrived and disingenuous, almost a strategic agenda (if you get my drift).
