Rodgers is just as much to blame as the FO in what happened.well, he was. so there's that.
We know what each side wants us to know through leaks.or any knowledge or understanding of what's really going on.
what a crock of crap that article is. I guarantee you Ariens runs the show down there and Brady might get to say what he thinks but Ariens makes final call. Also Brady has 7 rings Rodgers has 1. The media wants to do nothing but kiss Rodgers butt and make it look like the Packers are so mean and unfair.Redirect Notice

That's your opinion.... doesn't make it so. Let's quantify this in that we have no idea what is or isn't true at this point, at least not fully in terms of what he perceives to be wrong nor has GB fully stated those reasons.well, he was. so there's that.
Been there and done that, no I didn't quit. I worked through it. 18 years later I am number 2 on the totem pole. Leaders, champions, etc work through adversity and make lemonade out of lemons.... sure you can quit and move on, and yes you might get cut loose in the end OR you can step upIf Arians does as he suggested, talking to Brady about potential picks, I think it's a good idea. Arians even indicated to Brady that he was going to critique him on how he critiques players. Seems fair.
In all honesty, the way he described his relationship with Brady is what I'd think would be the relationship between Rodgers and LeFleur. It's probably even there, but I think the flaw in how the Packers handle it is that the communications between the two mean absolutely nothing to Gutekunst. I can see where the flaw is. The dumping of both Nelson and Kumerow right after Rodgers spoke highly of both tells me that in no way, nor form, does Gutey consider anything Rodgers says of any importance.
Let's talk about the real world. You are the lead man in a key manufacturing process. You make it a point to tell people how well they're doing their job. Your foreman likes the fact that your group is doing well.
Along comes the Superintendent, who doesn't really like you (the lead man), so he fires the two guys that work with you. Then he goes out and hires a guy who will be your "understudy" and another guy to replace them. He says nothing, just does it. As far as the foreman, he may well have had zero input on this decision.
Tell me exactly how long you're going to stay on that job, knowing darned well that the Superintendent wants you to train the guy so he can dump you?
Personally, I'd be looking for another job, immediately. If I was under contract, I'd try to find legitimate ways to break it. In Rodgers case, his contract forces him to stay with the Packers. But, with anyone, bitterness sets in, and his MVP season last year was more of a; "I'll show you what I can do!," than anything else. He was playing with a purpose.
They need to tell him that if he fulfills this year's agreement, they'll let him work out a trade next year. He's never going to be a real part of the team again. It's gotten way too far out of hand, and his ego has gotten him in too deep.

Aaron Rodgers can step up and have another MVP season and even maybe lead GB to the Super bowl,
He proves he was that good and gets extended etc.
He becomes very valuable to both parties and if they move on will get a king's ransom for both parties....
OR he can be a whiny little %^^ because of what you stated, play like crap and pout. In which case he loses value and creditability. That gets him nothing but feeding his ego that he stuck it to the man.
