It’s called Salt Sisters Rubs. The steakhouse run is really good as is the Key West

 
White sauce. Sliced boiled eggs on top.
My mother was a pure-bred Norwegian, so I learned to like it at an early age.
I prefer the butter, with boiled potatoes and carrots, and some lefse

My Grandmother was from the German/Denmark border area. Big time there too. Spelled ludefisk in Danish.
 
I like cod in fish n chips. Especially when you can get it fresh off the boat. Ahi is excellent.

Sturgeon is really good too.

Most lake fish is yuck... though I can choke down perch if I need to...
 
I just love fish. In fact, I like lutefisk. That pretty much tells you how I stand on it. But, until I had Southern catfish, I didn't like that. Since coming to Texas, I've found it can be pretty darned good when properly prepared.

As far as seafood, love it all, except sushi, and sea urchin. I kind of steer clear of that.
I love catfish esp blackened catfish souther style. Don't find to many places that do it up here in WI.
