Last night, Louisville Athletics delivered a memo to athletes telling them to cease NIL affiliation with Barstool Sports.The school's Assistant AD says Barstool does not comply with University policies. State and School NIL policies largely prohibit athletes from working with gambling companies. So banning deals with one isn’t such a surprise— but is BARSTOOL a gambling company? Louisville says yes. This is an interesting test for compliance
